Team Soil students must be between 6-14yrs of age all Team Soil Bmx students will be required to wear safety gear during the Bmx camp.

Tips for having the right bmx bike and set up for the Team Soil Bmx Camp!

- Proper air pressure in tires!
Make sure tires are hard and not soft. A bmx street tire is better for ramps than a knobby tire.

- Remove kickstand.

- 2 helmets are better than 1. A jumping helmet full face is safest & a riding helemt open face for flat ground practice.

- Make sure the bike is the right size and not to big for your child. To big of a bike and it will be too heavy for your camper to excel on.

- Make sure brakes are in working order.

- A rear freewheel or cassette hub is recommend on all bmx bikes. Try to avoid a coaster brake!
